Hakasalmen Huvila, Mannerheimintie 13 D, Helsinki (old pink villa next to the Finlandia Hall)

Visual artists Vladan Jeremic (Serbia) and Rena Raedle (Germany) present Under the Bridge, the happening organized by them in Belgrade in December 2004. A group of artists and activists met in Belgrade for four days of walks and talks to draw attention to the living conditions of the Roma-community living under the city’s Gazela-bridge. The presentation will be followed by a discussion joined by Kosovan researcher Sezgin Boynik and Ritva Creutz from the Helsinki Deaconess Institute’s Rom po drom -project.

Guided tour of the current exhibition “Watch out, Gypsies! The History of a Misunderstanding”. The event is held in English and is free of charge.
