My artistic background lays in choreography as a studio based practice. I hardly do solo works, but mostly enjoy working with groups. My main activity in choreographing lays in seeing, perceiving, sensing, interpreting, suggesting bodies in action. I prefer small things, small gestures, beginnings of thought to that which is in front of my eye in a fast manner. I work in delay; letting pass time pass by.
My residency at HIAP will result in a choreography for four women-dancers, presented March 20, 2013 at Zodiak – center for new dance Helsinki.
