Sharon Jewell

Sharon Jewell is Australian artist born in 1964.

I make sculptures and drawings that share the structural and conceptual similarity of the use of many small parts, creating an energy that comes from the gathering of these elemental units. The current work, in Helsinki, continues to deal with this way of doing things, through drawings, while also considering geographical and psychological possibilities relating to symmetries.
