Tess Edmonson
Tess Edmonson (b. 1987) is a Canadian writer, editor, and curator based in Montreal. She graduated from Concordia University in 2011. She is a founding editor of Palimpsest Magazine, a Montreal-based arts initiative dedicated to exhibition-making and publishing projects in print and online. Palimpsest’s recent exhibitions include What Do We Do Now Now We Wait, presented at Project Space in Vancouver, BC, for the Vancouver Art Book Fair and at Friends of Freiheit in North Adams, Massachusetts; The Workers Installing the Work at the Khyber ICA in Halifax, Nova Scotia; and Daily Print with Art Pop at DHC/ART in Montreal. In the fall of 2012 she was art critic in residence at Astérides in Marseille, France. She is a regular contributor to Canadian Art Magazine.
